Aye, Joey!!! I feel like I have finally met my real life Godfather😊and you are a close personal friend,  no less!! Karen and I are so lucky to have such well preserved and handsome beaus 😍 Although Karen and I are much younger, I think we may find it hard to keep up with you two mavericks!!

So happy we are neighbors and friends!! We have truly missed you guys while you have been absent on your adventures! It would have been so great to have escaped to your house for large amounts of spirits while we have been dealing with our remodeling project 😀 Ah well, there will be so many other times to do that!!
Happy happy birthday Joe, and let's celebrate it up in Vegas baby!!!!!
